Caws For Advocacy
Chronic pain can intensify mental health struggles, while mental health challenges can make pain harder to manage.
Trauma and unresolved emotional issues can contribute to the pain and stress cycle, especially when structural abnormalities have been ruled out.
Understanding this cycle emphasizes the need for holistic, integrated treatment that addresses the whole person, not just their symptoms.
